My mother has small white spots on both legs , she dont have any itching, and remaining same,.. Please tell me what is this

So, last Saturday my 7 day course of valacyclovir 3g a day completed for the chicken pox. Since then i have seen most of the lesions crusting. But today i saw this red flat bump on my finger suddenly and on the neck a bump like thing, both were itchy. Is that on-off symptoms of chickenpox? And is that common to occur and will resolve on its own? Please guide.

There was rapidly increasing in white hairs on my scalp and beard . Have done certain test on the recommendation of Dermatologist in which my b12 was low and same with vitamin D . My mother, aged 72, developed blackish marks on her forehead approximately two month ago. These marks have been gradually changing shape over time. At present the affected area cause itching but no discharge of any liquid. Following consultation with a dermatologist about a month ago, she began using Elocon cream and taking Atarax 10 mg. While the marks appear to be fading slowly, but still the mark is there. At present she has stopped using Elocon cream and using moisturizer called Facemoist. I have attached a current picture of her forehead.

I read on mayoclinic website and healthline that nightshades like potato, tomato etc should be avoided. Also wheat can cause problems for some people with psoriasis? What kinds of meat, fruits and vegetables and others should I avoid for Severe psoriasis?

I have had PCOS since I was 15. I had a head full of hair. Very thick. Now I don't even have 10% of what I had. My hair in the front are all gone. I can clearly see baldness. First it was at the right side of the front head. Now it is completely visible in the front. Feels like I gave you only 15 to 20 strands in the front. I consulted dermatologist and she gave me Adgain booster and Minoxidil 5%. But there's too much hairfall and my front feels still same. I can see very little hair almost invisible which are not growing thick. This is very depressing as I have to use hair fibres to hide the baldness.
