Asked for Female, 28 Years

Since a month my hand fingers are very sensitive and very soft . and upper layer skin is peeling. I can't lift heavy weight, while lifting it makes severe pain... I don't have itching... But some times i can feel severe pain in my fingers ... I have enclosed my fingers picture with this.. Kindly suggest me.. what it is
