Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I currently take Tegretol CR 450 mg daily for my condition, and I'm considering adding glutathione and vitamin C supplements to my routine for skin brightening and overall antioxidant support. My proposed schedule is as follows: Morning: Take 500 mg glutathione and 500 mg vitamin C on an empty stomach, with a full glass of water. After 30-40 minutes: Have breakfast. Lunch/Dinner: Take Tegretol CR 450 mg with meals. I plan to maintain a gap of at least 4-6 hours between taking glutathione/vitamin C and Tegretol. Could you please advise if this schedule is safe and effective given my current medication?

Lot of scales on sole of feet improved.. But my big toe nail is damaged still.. It looks like eaten away.. Only this issue remains.. All rest is okay.. Should i continue same treatment.. I was diagnosed with a fungal infection 1.5 months ago and I was advised to take itroconazole 200mg for the first month and continue taking itroconazole 100mg orally for the next two month. I have completed 1.5 months of medication but the itch and the infection is not going away. I take care of my hygiene quite well by washing my clothes with warm water as well. Do I need another diagnosis or is it just taking time?
