I met with a small accident about 3 months ago where a bike's front tyre jammed into my left top denting it and creating a blood clot underneath it and making one side of the toe growing into the skin. Hello, I was recently diagnosed as a diffused thinner slowly progressing to NW2 by 2 different doctors. The hair loss/thinning is not very aggressive. It's slow. I was prescribed finasteride by one and dutasteride by the other doctor. I have no medical history of allergies or any other problems. I am concerned about the side effects but want to quickly start working on my hair loss. Also, will I see any shedding when using either of the medications?

I'm 28 years old and have dry skin. Don't have any acne or pimple issue. Can I use emolene cream post using retinol and niacinamide during night skin care routine. Does it contain any ingredients which should not be mixed with retinol. For reference I'm using Plum 1% retinol serum.
