Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Ringworm was being my problem from last 6 months. When ever I used ointment , it is being disappearing  completely but later again it was coming on same spot as earlier. I have used ketacanazole ointment as well as derma 7+ etc but still same issue. Is there anything i need to perform? Can Dettol antiseptic liquid cure ring worm by applying on the ring worm surface?
