Face a lot of acne since 6 years now, tried lots of treatments didnt work, currently using minimalist csms combo

I have acne on my face. It is very painful.Please give medicine.It is blackish red.It is swollen.It appears four or five days ago.

Small small many Red rashes apear in penis glans after somedays it's gone but then red rash apppear in penis foreskin last 1 week.after closing foreskin it turns white ...I am worried...I am married for 3years.

I have severe itching from 2 weeks on and around anus. There is no discharge, no color change. But intense itching 24x7. Initially consulted a proctologist and was prescribed smuth cream and tablet for allergy. Then consulted gynac who suspected yeast infection since I had a white vaginal discharge. Gynac prescribed candex b ointment and clotrimazole tablet along with a tablet for pinworm. However no luck. Itching has increased. Please help me understand how to proceed further
