I am having acne scars on my face for a few months. It has been reducing now but their scars are still there.

Sir, Iam diagnosed with candidial balanitis. I am prescribed with Tab Gosfer ds..one od. And Miconazole nitrate gel. Iam taking this since a week. However, doesn't see improvement. The red spots on glans are as it is. When will it be cleared. What more may I add to this treatment.
