I need a correct ointment for a fungal infection between my buttocks The skin infection is itchy n scaly When I itch it too much blood is there It's been there since many months n I'm shy to go to a doctor I've been using candid ointment since 3 days Can I please know the ointment or tablet I can use

I scratched on my foot too hard and it became a wound later. I thought it'll heal by its own but its been few months and it hasn't healed yet. It has also become more painful than before now. I don't have diebetes btw.
