Hypertrophic scar
I have been met with accident two years back and had a cut on my upper lip area and doctor approximated the cut ends with medical glue and it was healed but now it left a hypopigmented scar and I just need to know is it possible to get rid of it with creams or silicon sheets or say carbon laser ?
