Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have got these rashes on my hand i dont kow why please help and I have itching and burning sensation on it.

Please suggest few cream names for Dark Circles. I am am already taking nutrients and protein rich diet, don't work on laptop, don't watch TV, use mobile only for calling purpose. Sleeps early and always take 8-9 hours sleep. In family no one has dark circles. All blood reports are normal and not taking any medicines . Please suggest cream only can't do online consultation.

Recently i faced severe hair loss but now it decreases by 60-70% Now i want to know if i take minoxidil oral tabs (2.5mg) daily for long term without dr consultation is there any side effects?

I am having hair fall My hair are thin from childhood itself and in 2016 I started having extensions. Now also I have extensions but this time in winters I noticed a visible hair fall and I could see my scalp hair getting thin. Pls suggest a good med and hair serum or oil which is medically fit for use. I have thought of buying folli hair tablets  and also swisse biotin tablets but wanted to have a consultation first and then go ahead with the right treatment.

Diagnosed with Balanitis a Month ago. Urologist prescribed Lobate-Gm and antifungal tab for 10 days. (symptoms was redness,mild itching/white discharge only visible after rubing) After 5 days of treatment/ there was extream thinning of foreskin,veins become very visible and foreskin becomes very sensitive.  After completion of treatment , even a little bit friction used to cause redness, inflammation. 2 weeks later I observed a small cut on foreskin, and visited a dermatologist to ask him if the cut is because of thinning of skin or any other reason. His diagnosis was infection only with either fungal or bacterial. Treatment prescribed is T-bact cream and eberfun cream for 30 days along with ITZHH 200 capsul for 20 days. I am currently taking this treatment. Finally my question is.   1. will this thinning of foreskin bcoz of lobate gm be permanent ? Is there a way to reverse it? 2. Is eberfun and T bact safe to use for 30 days. or will it cause further thinning.

I have dry and itchy elbows and it's increasing every day. I don't know what's wrong with me my skin is getting dry than usual but elbow is getting out of control. I am applying cotaryl moisturizer and coconut oil 3-4 times a day . Excessive dry skin is my concern.
