Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had cold sores around lips so I applied toothpaste on it and leave for 1 hour... but when I wipe that paste my skin of that area where i apply paste got burned. I am really thinking about this how the mark will go.please help Please suggest me what should I do

I am 21 yrs old girl and have extreme hairfall at this age. I have no medical issues since past years and now. Please tell me what can be the reason and what nutrients should I have more specially for hair growth. And also recommend some hair growth serums, shampoos etc or supplements. Thank you.

I can only use facewash since I crossed 23 age I can't put anything to my face , lightweight cream or serum, I get pimple, acne or anything small like anything caught in my face. I tried many dermatologist and they suggested cream , but that Light weight cream also makes my back like so many bumps .. I don't understand . What to do I can only use facewash other than only derma serus which doesn't cause me bumps and pimples and acne .. what to now , it's winter and my skin is very dry and bumpy but still I can't use anything.
