My son has got injured by hitting on the wood, the doctor has put stitches.. I would like to know if we have an option to disappear the scar due to stitches

I have been getting blackheads on my skin for about a year now. I started adapalene gel treatment about 1.5 months every night. I have very oily skin type and any moisturizer will lead to more oiliness. This is my routine: AM 1. Wash face with Ponds Detox Charcoal Facewash 2. Apply Sunscreen when going out PM 1. Wash face with Ponds Detox Charcoal Facewash 2. Wash face with 2% minimalist salicylic acid and lha face wash 3. Apply adapalene gel I have deep blackheads and due to this, I get cystic pimples as well. All this has resulted in dull skin and hyperpigmentation. Do i get a professional extraction done? What do I do?

I am a nursing student of 1st semester I have a problem of unstoppable sweating in  palms and foots every summer and I face from an allergy which happens on my palms and foots after year due to the sunlight of the sun . If I take medicine the allergy didn't take place that time but the sweating happens everytime. Please tell me some medicine so that the sweating can stop I am facing a lot of problems and now I have to go to postings in hospital in which the sweating will interrupt alot.
