Having dandruff itchy scalp from so long using Ketoconazole 2% from so long but does not effect anything hair thining or baldness is also happeping rbc count is also decrease in recent test please suggest me something for better hair care

1. Can it be cured naturally? If yes then how? 2. If treatment required, can it be cured through medication only?

My skin type is dry and closed comedones for almost a year now. It's on my cheeks and my forehead is full.    What should I use for treatment? What I'm using:    Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% gel:  For the past week, I have been applying it for 2 hours only on affected areas and then I wash my face.   Adapalene: After I wash my face, I apply a very little amount of it and follow up with Cetaphil moisturizer. Salicylic Acid-  Facewash: I have finished a bottle of it. I've switched to Cetaphil facewash for now to avoid irritating my dry skin in winters. Zitcare (1% salicylic acid): On days I don't apply adapalene, I apply zitcare and follow it up with the Cetaphil moisturiser. In the past month, they have increased which is why I started Benzoyl Peroxide last week. I have noticed they've become more prominent since I have started Benzoyl Peroxide. I read that it's supposed to purge before it gets better with Benzoyl Peroxide. What should I do?

Hi doctor, I am having darker inner thighs and underarms.. I have harmonal imbalance.. I got ringworm and now it is controlled.. And my weight is also slightly high.. In the past 4 to 5 days I have been sweating excessively. I am sweating in air conditioned rooms, non air conditioned rooms, indoors and outdoors too.
