Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been experiencing skin itching my whole body like hive red rash for last 8 months. I have taken albendazole plus ivermectin combination one tab for 3 days. But there is no significant difference. The sugar is 5.7 hb1ac. Attached is photo . Kindly guide
