Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My baby is 10 months old and we have noticed these lesions from past 3 days. He has no fever cold and cough. There was only one lesion in the beginning but now there are 10-12 lesions.Please let us know what is this. These lesions are little water filled also with black tip.

My baby (2.6 years)is having a white rough patch on the neck back side. Previously skin was also peeling in small amounts .Presently  only rough patch is present.Went to a pediatrician for a cream(Desowen) but after applying that my baby's skin started becoming red in that area. Please suggest. And also can I know good sunscreen for my kid.

Hi, I have been using D- acne foaming facewash from GlenMark from 3 months, After dermat consultation for acne prone skin I was suggested to use sebonac facewash but it didn't suits me as it cause a lot of itching. Tried multiple times but irritation continues. My skin is good now so I Am looking for a new face wash to get rid of salicylic acid but my skin is really sensitive. Not sure but seems aloe vera products doesn't suits me. Please recommend a good daily maintenance facewash for acne prone skin.
