After having severe acne I took a consultation and was recommended adapalane gel with clindamycin in it. As a side effect it caused dryness and hence dark patch due to the dryness occurred around my mouth. Now tell me the how to remove the patch

I have black spots on my both legs..I think it I'd strawberry legs..can u suggest me a good ointment or medical advice on this

Have black spots like hyperpigmentation on the face, puffed undereyes and dark lips and around the lips are dark as well. Should i use glycolic acid two times a day? Is the dark spots because of liver issue and is puffed eyes because of high cortisol?
