My father 59 years old has red spots on leg and stomach area, sometimes it has itching too. Its happening from a week. He is a diabetic patient but the sugar levels are controlled. please suggest

I m having acne and pigmentation frm 2 3 years i visited many dermatologist but nothing worked fr me all worked temporary j was fed up wth all the treatment...now I have started using tretnoin without doctors consultation just twice in a week I use pea size amount..now I m getting breakouts... should I use it continue or stop it plz help me I dnt wanna visit doctors again and again i visited many already...shld i use it if I m having breakouts...i take all the precautions like using sunscreen n all other's...plz help

I used kama ayurveda kumkumadi tailam once(day befor yesterday)and i got a severe reaction on my face. Little red bumps ,burning sensation,itching dryness and swelling on face and near eyes. Hello Doctors, For 20 days I have been seeing these kinds of patches on my scalp, they are not itchy but if I scratch then dandruff like powder would come off. I think I have these patches in around 5 to 6 places but not the entire scalp. I applied coconut oil thinking it would go, but didn't see any changes. Can you please guide what this is and how to get rid of this. I have attached photos of the scalp for reference.
