Hi doc, need some advice on which cream should I use , from the last one month my skin is getting very dry, dark and having pimples, i have never had pimples issue in my teenage as well, suddenly they have come from last one month, the only change I have noticed is my periods are getting 4-5 days delay from last 6 months ,rest there is no change in any part of my routine, I am a working person. and a vegetarian, and have no heath issues. In my 11th standard  I'm using betnovite -N for 3 months then after NXT week I'm applying vicco turmeric cream ,it will reflect to my face black spots on forehead and cheeks,last 1 year back I contact a doctor they gave me dermadew light soap &hh fudic cream I'm using that cream and soap now ,that time my skin is very good,after i stopped that cream again it comes to same ,and also it leads to acne ,what I do now please give me suggestion.

I have been given belaxid 20mg to take 4 times a day so how to take belaxid 20 mg...is it after food or before food
