Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have hairloss problem, daily 40-60 hair will fall, From last 5 month my hair line was receeding currently on stage 1. When I reach to dermatologist he suggest me Extend tab daily one tab but it make my hormones disbalanced cause erection problem and when I stop the medication the problem will resolve in 2 days. Any advice to prevent hair loss and stop the hair line receeding at initial stage.

My cousin is a lactating mother. Will Purpura affect her baby? Suggest some meds pls. Her symptoms are recurring.

Itching happens at one place of body and it again shifts to another part like thighs, legs, stomach, back, neck. The area of the itching will be raised and hot.
