How can i remove closed comedones (bumps) without turning them into pimples on my face. I get that everytime even when i am using salicylic acid

I have noticed a wart-like growth in my genital area, but I am not sure if it is actually a wart or something else. Should I consult a dermatologist or a urologist for this issue? Any advice on the right specialist to approach would be appreciated.

My mother is a Government School teacher, she is presently suffering from severe hand dryness and finger tips hardness for the past few months. We have already consulted a few dermatologists before but her condition is worsening as there is now blood coming from the finger tips and she is unable to hold anything properly. There is no proper medicine which is working on her hand and she is also. Please help me to consult and have a proper diagnosis.

I was getting comodogenic acnes which were bothering and coming every now and then. Consulted here with a dermatologist and she prescribed following medicine for 3 weeks starting from 13th Nov onwards 1. Acmist: Aqua Squalene+ Propanediolcream. Full face 2. Anaero: Metronidazole gel- at night, once daily for 3 weeks 3. Nadoxin: Nadifloxacin cream- at night once daily for 3 weeks. No more breakouts happen but I am getting full allergy on face with flaky skin which is red and itching and burns if I apply anything. You can see redness under my eyes and lip area specifically which has major flaky skin. I have stopped all above medicines and just using Cataphil dam moisturiser.

A circle crack has started formed on my feet a 4 months and is not getting healed and sometimes blood comes out and it's itching.Please suggest.
