Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My mother who is around 52 years old sudden starts noticing a black spot on her chest.. Is this normal?? I have attached picture of that spot with this question.. Pls advise the reason for that spot and also pls do let me know if its normal to have such spit on skin..

I met with a small accident about 3 months ago where a bike's front tyre jammed into my left top denting it and creating a blood clot underneath it and making one side of the toe growing into the skin. My new nail grew at a different depth and yesterday the old nail that had grown a little just came off and the new nail is underneath and sensitive and as vain as it sound my foot / nail look ugly Do I need a physical doctors appointment or can I keep it covered and let it grow and heal naturally?

Hello, I was recently diagnosed as a diffused thinner slowly progressing to NW2 by 2 different doctors. The hair loss/thinning is not very aggressive. It's slow. I was prescribed finasteride by one and dutasteride by the other doctor. I have no medical history of allergies or any other problems. I am concerned about the side effects but want to quickly start working on my hair loss. Also, will I see any shedding when using either of the medications?

I'm 28 years old and have dry skin. Don't have any acne or pimple issue. Can I use emolene cream post using retinol and niacinamide during night skin care routine. Does it contain any ingredients which should not be mixed with retinol. For reference I'm using Plum 1% retinol serum.

I have suffered from oily face.. It secretes on even in 5 mins after washing with face wash .. I frequently wash my face with simple water.. Plz suggest me facewash to cleans oil on face

Tried to remove birth mole on the nose with hot needle wart remover Now there is a bigger black painless patch in that place which looks more awkward

My 6 year old got white patch on face after consulting dermatologist he diagnosed it Pityriasis alba but it has been 10 days after applying tbis (.1%) cream , gracecort cream duvtin moisturising cream there is not affect. Could you pls let me know if he is being diagnosed properly. It's not vitiligo? Also as per dermatologist it takes time but there is no affect Attaching the pic for the same

I am 37 years old woman. We got married before 2 years. We are planning for a baby now and taking tablets. Recently I had some allergy in my hand  palm(reddish, itching), swelling in some areas and disappearing after 2 to 3 days and again swelling in other parts of body. What is the cause for this?
