Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi doc, Am breastfeeding mom of 5 month old baby. Before pregnancy I had urticaria I was taking air l80 fexofenadine tablet but then I stopped . But again am getting allergy .can I take air 180 tablet during breastfeeding.

It formed on 25 th night. I soaked with cloth deepen warm water. First it was reddish lump with a smaller side inflation. But for the last two days a black spot generated in the circle of that. Last day i have not gone through water soaking. Tonight i have gone through this. Based on the blackened area, do you think it's just necrotic tissue from the thrombosed hemorrhoid, or could it be something else? I have images for each day. The blackened area is almost same from the day 2 . On day 2 it was a little bit blood shedded type. But there was no blood indeed. On day 3 the spot blackened and the shedding sight was gone. I think on day 4 it's a bit larger dark spot. On the very first night, it was a reddish lump only. There is no fever. Pain for two to three minutes occur twice or thrice a day. I don't suffer from any disease . But, I have some issues with my stool clearances once with mucus. I need to go for twice or thrice a day. I suggest a Proctologist could identify it faster.

I have dry and sensitive skin if u can give me a whole skin regime for body and face I will b Greatful I don't like anything sticky. I have wrinkles on cheeks n eyes. I did have dandruff I'm looking for a good retinol if u recommend it I am using novology barrier boost cream now and I did use niacinamide serum and I have dog n key hydrating sunscreen tell me if to change anything.. The novology cream stings a big on upper lip. my feet fingers have gotten wrinkles too I have dark circles too . I use head and shoulder shampoo and sometimes oil hair with seseme oil I just want a whole routine I'm ok with any recommendations I just want someone to guide me I will b so Greatful if u help me thanks

Hii, i have been experiencing severe itchness in neck area for the past few days...and way too much dryness around the lip area. Please suggest how i can get rid of this itchyness and dryness. Any ointment suggestion? The itchness and dryness keeps coming back. Please suggest

I noticed a small dark spot on my penis glans last week, it is very small, round in shape, flat and has not changed.

My 5 month old niece recently developed 4-5 small red spots on her right side of the face (refer image). She hasn't gone out of the house, however we do have a lady who bathes her twice or thrice a week, she works as a cleaner at multiple houses. Is this something of concern?

Now I am a married man I have a chlid.now I am affrid about sti.i tested now hcv,hbv, chlamydia, hsv1&2,hiv it's all negative till date.now I read on internet about hhv 8.i have cherry anzimon.it is symptom of hhv 8.can i worried about hhv 8.my wife also have these red moles.plz help me.i am very scared.where can go I testing for hhv8 Or hpv.
