Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had dandruff and dry scalp problem. I was advised to use 8x shampoo (ciclopirox & zinc pirothine) for 3 months 2-3 times a week. I stopped using it after 3 months , now the dandruff came in. Can anyone suggest should I continue the same shampoo & wat should be the dosage or frequency to use it again. Is there any good lotion which is good for hairs to keep it moisturized & maintain hair growth.

Hello, From the last 2 years I can see my hairline gradually receding from the side and started weakening in middle  and too much dandruff. Dandruff stops when using keto dandruff shampoo but I can see an increase in hair fall, and once I stop using the shampoo the dandruff comes back again

I search it taking creatine monohydrate side effects is DHT level increase so due to increasing dht my hair fall occur daily

I just want to know if my hairline is receding as in balding or it's just mature hairline I cannot remember my age 17 16 hairline so I can't compare Hair fall is there with dandruff but I don't think it's more than 100 a day maybe not more than 70 either Father side has mature hairlines but no balding Motherside grandfather had no or less hair in front but still had hair behind and crown area till 70s and  80s My father has mature hairline but it doesn't look bad at all I have a bigger face structure

Hi, From today morning i've been seeing Small water blisters in my foot and few in my hand fingers. Suggest me a solution to get rid off the problem.

I was diagnosed with Urticaria in 2016, there was 1 episode of periorbital edema with itching. I was prescribed tab Loratidine 10mg and Doxepin 25 mg ,i took these for 6 months . I became asymptomatic for around 5 yrs. Now for the last 5 months I have recurrence of periorbital edema bilateral with itching and redness over face only. Currently I am on tab Loratidine 10mg BD and tab allegra 180 mg( taking since Jan 2025, till date) but due to some discontinuity in dose intake I have suffered recurrence. What should I do, what drug regime should I follow? I have no other comorbidity except ocassional gastritis episodes which get relieved only with (drotin+ Ppi+ Diclofenac tab/ PCM tab) , just taking PPI never works.

The spots are mostly present near the veins, non itchy, skin softens in the affected area, white patches continues for 5,6 months but spreads slowly to separate area
