Can I use Acmist moisturizer for my daughter of age 9 years and Son of age 13 years? I use it daily and I feel it is good for dry skin for my daughter too.

Hello Sir/ Madam My age is 25 years. I am having a combination type of skin. Sometimes it's too oily Sometimes dry. Apart from that I have bumps over my face. It's been 25 days , there has been red small spots with itching on my both legs above ankle between knee. I have tried lots of anti allergy medicines and am still not getting any positive response.. it calms for few days and again once the medicine stops it comes back again . Moreover I have a left ankle fractured in Jan. So currently my plaster is taken off , trying to recover to normal... Don't qht to do abt this allergy.
