I have observed white coloured poppings under my the head section of my penis for a while ..it pains when i touch those , those popping feel sensitive towards touch...i am confused regarding whom should i consult for this.. I need a help regarding this.

Hello doctor I have accident in June 2024 from bike. My left hand wrist got scratched on road after that a wound has formed , wound is completely healed  but thick skin on wound formed ,red in colour , I think it is keloid but it is not spreading so it may be hypertrophic scar , a coin size thick skin is formed , I tried scar end cream of mankind but no improvement, can I use mucopolysachharide polysulfate cream , I do not want any steroids intradermal injection, or laser therapy Can any topical cream help to fade the colour of keloid? I know keloid does not cure completely, but is there any option to make the keloid less visible?

Hello Doctor, I have a hairfall problem. Even if i care my hair very much still i see my hair falls. When i go outside, i use beanie so that outside dust particles won't stick on my hair. I wash my hair from an ayurvedic shampoo every 3 days. During the day of washing, i do oil my hair and at that time i see 40-50 strands of my hair fall out. I don't do smoking or drinking or anything that can cause hairfall but still my hair falls. It making me annoying very much. My BMI is around 16.7 (underweight).  What could be the reason like Nutritional Deficiencies or Stress or any other cause? Or how can i get rid of it totally?

I am prescribed ISOtretinoin for Acne but also fluconazole and allegra for infection. Is it safe to have this medicinie together?

How to remove acne scars. And also butt acne. I m having so much problem in sitting. Kindly help me with this two problems
