I am having Back and Butt Acne which leaves scars as well. Please recommend ointment or tablet to get ride of acne from back and Butt.

I scratched on my foot too hard and it became a wound later. I thought it'll heal by its own but its been few months and it hasn't healed yet. It has also become more painful than before now. I don't have diebetes btw.
