Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Doctor, In past almost a year, i have noticed a lot of skin pigmentation on my face and around my neck. They look like very tiny moles, some are dark and some are skin colored. Not sure what these are and why are they appearing. Also they have increased considerably over almost 1 year. Major concentration is around eyes and cheeks. Kindly suggest what this could be and what would be the right treatment. Thank you!

I have used before 3,4 month but it effect in wrong way and many pimples have gone so consult medicine
