Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Due to this summer season, my skin has become oily and was causing slight acne I used neutrogena acne oil free facewash ( twice) Once at 9pm and the other time on next morning around 8.30am I saw some small boils on my skin yesterday and after that I switched to my previous cleaner, Cetaphil Now, my skin is little swollen.

Why our hair becomes white in a very young age? Is there anything we can do to get rid of it in home without taking medicines? Because medicines have many side effects so I want to change my lifestyle. What things should we add in our daily food??what product should we use for our hair?? How many times per week should we wash our hair? Kindly refer me something. Thank you.
