Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I've been experiencing red painful pimples on my cheeks for the last month, increased over the last couple of days. Almost always in the same area of my cheeks but none on forehead and chin. I haven't changed my skincare or diet (healthy and no junk). I use standard dermat-recommended skincare products like Cetaphil. Please advise.

Some 10 years back after my surgery i got this problem of fissures, the pain is gone but i have a little flesh hanging iut of my hole what should I do?

I m having acne pigmentation n scars frm max two years i visited many dermatologist nothing worked and if some of medicine worked it was for short time...now I started apply tretnoin cream without doctors prescription just twice in a week wth full precautions like pea size amount and use sunscreen and moisturizer too ...but just after two days I am having bad breakouts shld i continue this or stop using it plz help..
