Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have developed skin allergy. I am not able to figure out I am allergic to which thing. It leads to itching and rashes on skin. I take Allegra medicine every 2 or 3 days. Is the medicine safe or there is side effect.

I have got face allergy.. for this i am using desowen cream.. but i dont know why when i apply the cream i have getting buring fellings also redness of my face getting increase.. what to do now..m attaching my prescription

I developed skin rash 2 days ago. It started at my workplace with a sudden discomfort and mucilaginous development on some part of my skin. I noticed that it was red and round. I applied candid initially which contained the infection. I am now applying Momate as per prescription of doctor. But there is a lot of pain in and around infected area.
