Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have excessive sweating on my palms and foot. It feels like I've soaked my hands in water. This has been since my childhood and am currently 32. It's quite embarrassing for me to shake hands or touch. I feel disgusting. Please help

Hello, My husband is experiencing skin problems. He is diabetic and uses insulin human mustard (30 units in the morning and 20 units in the evening). Recently, his sugar levels have been high, with a fasting level of 218 and a post-meal level of 290. We consulted a nearby doctor, who prescribed Topaxim Duo tablets, which we have been using for the past 4 days. However, we are unsure about the exact cause of the skin issue. I am attaching pictures of the skin problem for reference. Could you help us understand what might be going on?

Past few days I had itchy hands after a days I noticed  very tiny bumps on my hands and palms which is very itchy for that I tried home made remidies but that did not worked can you say the Causes and treatments for the itchy bumps.
