Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctors , Since one week I have pimples like on whole food today all of a sudden itching please check the photo and advised what needs to be cured

I am suffering from Folliciluttis, and I have used wide range of medications/antibiotics and consulted various Dermatologists,  but hard luck. I have hard bumps/inflammations on my scalp spread across a large area. Is there any idea how to get rid of this condition as I have been experiencing this from past 3 years!

I have a mark on my chest since 2008. It was insidious in onset and gradually darkened over a period of 2-3 years . Now it looks very prominent.how I will get rid of it.

I had tested for vdrl after 92 days of exposure and vdrl is negative and also tested for tpha after 120 days of exposure and tpha also negative...so need any other test for syphilis...???

My hair has been falling continuously since September last year. I never faced such extreme hairfall ever in my life. Moreover their texture has become extremely rough and brittle.They used to be soft and straight but now they are frizzy and wavy. They are extremely long but no use of keeping them like that bcz now they look very thin. Please tell me what could be the reason. I m quite sure there is some internal deficiency. But what could it be? I can't go out and consult any doctor because i have a very low immunity and i fear catching the coronavirus. Pls tell me the reason of my hairfall and what vitamins or medicines i might need.

Sir i have been suffering from this problem for last few years. I have consulted with the dermatologist in our area in this regard for three times. First he prescribed KLM KLIN FACEWASH, GLOCIN GEL, NIXIDOX CAPSULE for 30 days. I used those medicines but completing the session acne again came back. I Again visit to him then he prescribed DERMADEW SOAP, CLINMAX GEL, MINOZ 50 TABLETS for 30 days but same problem again. After that i used Faceclin gel for 30 days it also gave me good result but after 30days of using acne again comes back. Then i used BPO 2.5 GEL for 5 weeks but same problem  after completing it again comes back. Plz sir give me a medicine which will stop the acne reoccurrence.
