Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Started having pain under nails and noticed area under nails are turning red, fragile and skin is becoming dry after I cut the extra nail on top. The infected finger has less fixed nail than others. It first started on fingers and now on toes too. I am interested in understanding the condition, cause and remedy. Please share your expertise Thanks in advance 🌻

I was tearing a net last night and felt like I got a splinter in my finger. I couldn't find it nor I could see a cut on my skin but it feels like a pin prick when I press that area. I read that in case of a splinter it can form an abscess filled with pus. I wanted to know how long will it take for the abscess to form in case I have splinter. I can't visit a doctor due to lockdown in BLR so asking here.

I have been dealing with vitiligo(nearly 5-10% coverage) since long, which has been reducing and increasing on its own. From past 2 years i have been taking medication and Uv rays(which showed noticeble improvement). But in past 3 months my thyroid has shot up and so is my vitiligo spots(tiny lil spots). There is a bit spread which can be seen in past 3 months. I NEED YOUR GUIDANCE AND HELP IN GETTING THIS STOPPED FROM SPREADING(as i know healing takes alot of time). Kindly help

My hip line skin is very, itchy and sometimes painful and look like it is torn , it's irritating I put neosporin powder but it doesn't work

Now I have around 10 medium size pimples on my forhead, around 5 on each cheek,2 on jaw. I have consulted a dr in practo, he gave me Ahaglow face wash and some tablets and deriva cream. But there is no improvement. It has been 4 months now iam suffering from pimples on my cheek, jaw and forhead, Tzone area. Iam a vegetarian following a healthy diet. I wash my face twice a day, drinks lot of water, eats veggies fruits etc. No improvement. . Iam sending pictures of my face with this description. I have issues of open pores and scars due to pimples.

I had suffered the same skin allergy for almost 21 years now. It's an on and off relation. Now they are getting aggressive . They itch. My previous doctor said , those appear because of tension and sun exposure . But now a days I don't go out still they pop up, and they leave a scar ( pic has small bubbles which are allergy and if they grow big ,they leave scars like in the pic) .Appears only on arms and legs and at the start there was a pattern, they appeared along the veins but now as I said they are getting aggressive, became clusters. They are very irritating and eating my self confidence . Please some one help!

I am on Acutret and Augmentin ,and biflac . Can i use Head and shoulder on these acnr? I am having these acne for last 7 years. What is it? Why they happen. Is there any permanent solution? PFA
