Hi, I have black wrat like spots on my body (legs, hands, neck, scalp) I have consulted doctors one say we can't do anything, one prescribed salcylic and other says need to remove them explicitly. Used salcylic for around 3 months but no use Want to know what exactly these are and I had only one on left hand but they slowly spreading all over. I have them from 2006 what I remember

Good day! I currently have skin rashes now particularly in my stomach and chest area, and now spreading at the back and other parts of my body. It started last July 6, Monday at my stomach area. I'm not sure what is this called. My friend says it is a ringworm. Small red patches, flat, dry and flaky to describe. It is spreading by having small pimple-like bumps but no inside water or the like. I don't know what medication should I have. And also, I'm not sure where I get this. I hope you can help me.
