My whole body gets itching and also seen rashes on my entire body except on my face for two times due to some allergic reaction in food or something and this time problem occurred along side on my face rashes also appeared with headache what is it is it because of ucataria or something else before I advised to take oriel 10Mg tablet, Can I continue with a same or what are all the preventive measures please help me out

Hello. I am male aged 29 Years having extremely oily skin. Yesterday I started feeling pain in the boil or phoda on my chin. It is constantly paining, inflamming, itching since then. The area near it covering approximately 1-2 Cms has swollen and is reddish in colour. I applied boroplus on it but no relief. I am not able to sleep eat or work properly due to it.
