Sir my complexion is dark but from one year it getting darker and darker as my job is outside in sun so sir is chemical peeling or leaser treatment what should I do plz help

Good day! I currently have skin rashes now particularly in my stomach and chest area, and now spreading at the back and other parts of my body. It started last July 6, Monday at my stomach area. I'm not sure what is this called. My friend says it is a ringworm. Small red patches, flat, dry and flaky to describe. It is spreading by having small pimple-like bumps but no inside water or the like. I don't know what medication should I have. And also, I'm not sure where I get this. I hope you can help me. Today I tested for syphilis my result is pending...but yesterday night I take doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus capsule 100 mg so this tablet effects on my TPHA blood test result ???

I had lip biting habit when i was 16-17 yr old. After that my Lips cracked.. skin layer comes and get peeled off after every 2-3 days when i  bath or drink water skin layer becomes white due to moisture  then become normal after 4-5 mins...i used vaselline and tried many home remedies like ghee etc..
