Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

HLA b27 positive, ra factor negative, anti ccp negative, vitamin d normal, vitamin b12 is 1121, cbc normal. Is there anything to worry? And got this red spot one and two in waist. And tiny mole like red dot on hand. Is it normal? I was on medication for 1+ year. Was taking methycobalmin injection and after that no injections  only b12 tablet. Please reply.

Hello doctor I have try many mosriture but they are not effective for dull and oily skin .please suggest me good mostriture for dull and oily skin.

I have had thin silky straight hair all my life but never dealt with any kind of hair loss. Since the past month, I have kept losing tremendous amount of hair every day. Lumps of hair falling out one after the other, part by part. I am picking up hair every minute from the floor and my clothes. This kind of extreme hairfall has never happened. Hello, I have very light white spot on my cheeks. Not easily visible but if you look closely it is very much there. And skin is also dry there. I apply a lot of cream there and after a while skin becomes dry again. So I consulted recently on practo by sending a picture and he suggested me two creams Please tell me if I should be using it and how harmful it can be although I have bought it 1st is desowen lotion and he has asked me to apply it to my cheeks for 2 weeks 2nd is Luliconazole lotion. This also for 2 weeks in night. Shall I use this cream. Although I have used desowen just now but I am scared since it is a steroid cream and I am afraid of Taking any risk with face

Whole back and upper side of my head is filled acne and there is one acne filled with white puss. Should i pop it ? I am already on medication.
