Hello i need for my hair regrowth. So could you please give me good suggestions for my hair regrowth and hair fall.

I have a small bump on my nose which is there for more than 5-6 yrs. There is no pain or irritation of any sort. It started after I had a ugly pimple on my nose which later on got popped but the scar got turned into this bump. And no matter what ointment or cream I apply it just won't go away.
