Hi doctor I saw my leg today and there was this spot I dont know how it appeared when i searched on google i got to know that this can be skin cancer please help me i dont have any other symptom the spot is flat

Hello dear. This spot is at a weight bearing area of the sole. Chances are that it could be a hematoma which is collected blood due to trauma.
Don't google too much.
It should go away on its own in a few days time. Consult me online for more information
