Regarding alopecia areata problem.
I am suffering by fungal infection at my head scalp from many days , I had treatment given by y dermatologist before 8 months ago, he recommended me , Halox Lotion , Kertyol Pso Shampoo, and Halixir oil with some one month tablets. I have completed all the treatment, temporary dandruf and fungal infections gone ,but now again it's came,. With alopecia areata and heavy hair fall, can I started above treatment again for this situation. Now i am again suffering from alopecia areata  it was gone by rubbing onion , but it's one by one came again other spots, and currently suffering heavy hair fall at least in a day 100 or more hair falling , please suggest and help me for this disease.
