Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Three to four Red rashes are forming a round shape on their own. Its on my back. also burning sensation and itchiness is there for the last 6 days. And with every passing day the pimples are getting bigger. Please help

First came due to possibly a food allergy. Took medicines ZAMPRED & LEVOCITRIZINE for 5-10 days as per home doctor prescription. After few days again they appeared. Consulted Dr Reddy on Practo. He prescribed 3 meds for 5 days. DEFCOT12, DAZIT M & RAZO-D. Took the same religiously. On 6th day now few red spots have come again. Need help as I cannot consult back to the same doctor.

I have rashes and red skin only my testosterone part. Sometime it spill water on the skin which genrate a lot of itches. It is approx 3 years. I have done Medication many times regularly from 1.5 to 3 month. It completely heal but after sometime it again start. Please provide some valuable advice. I also attached my current medication. How to reduce dull scars on face in next 1 month. Primarily, scars around nose corners, and dark brown corners of lips, and dark pits under eyes, and overall face colour to be made even

So I posted about this issue 10 days ago. A very small vertical line or spot appeared on my right thumb nail. It was dull in colour. But now after ten days or more..it looks darker and more visible. Last time i posted about it.. doctors said it's normal which was assuring. But now it's more visible now. It's not growing though. In picture, it looks black..but when I actually see it.. but it looks a like small blue line to me in real. Google says..melanoma , skin cancer and what not which is scaring me now.

A wound caused by an insect bite, Mosquito bite, cut, burn, or other injury heals,but it always leaves a mark on my skin which doesn't get fade even by time. Also I have been facing few more issues like dark armpits, darken inner thighs ,which was not too much earlier. I dnt use any cosmetics, just a Jonson baby powder n lotion. No makeup products apart from lipstick n eyeliner. Can anyone suggest me remedies or any medicine to get rid of this problems.
