Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having rashes on my arms. They are spreading and the itch has gone worse over the last 1 month.

Under my warm circular brown patches in existence for about a years. Taken anti fungal medicine with local application ointmnent , still no use

Extremely itchy skin on the inside of the elbow, it has become red and scaly. And the redness seems like it's spreading. It only on the hand right now. What should one do?

There was one wart under my beard from quite some time. Since it wasn't causing any harm, I left it. But somehow due to popping that out and may be also because of shaving and other stuff, it bleeds and the wherever the blood comes in contact a new wart if formed over there. So like this I have developed few fungal warts under my beard. Had consulted one of the dentist on practo who suggested Tretin cream and ascazin tablet. But unfortunately it didn't help. So need your help in digaonizing and treatment.

I have skin problem , muje ring warm fungus h face pe wo kabi bad Jata h kabi Kam ho Jata h par think ni ho rha . second I have baldness on scalp. Scalp rough and very hard h sometimes itching bi h may be fungus ho skta h esliye hair growth no ho rhi , baldness or skin hard h. Third scalp ki skin shayd fungus ki vajay se dabi huyi or ye dire dire mathe (forehead) ki or spread ho rhi h.see pic with finger. Plz do something
