It's been one week my leg is itching due to which a dark patch is clearly seen on the skin. J guess this is due to the changing climate. Please advise. Thank you Mayank

I have bumps/pimples on the scalp from last 4 years.I have consulted a dermatologist couple of years back, the problem was temporarily cured while I was taking medication but it never really got cured. Sometime it doesn't happen for weeks for it comes back. It's very itchy and I guess the skin is also flaky. I have attached the pictures of scalp taken couple of days back. Can this be cure through scalp lotion and hair care products?

I have small pores on my face. My family does not have this problem. Which treatment can help in the reduction of pores? I am also using tretinoin at night but I think I will not help in permanent reduction or pores.
