Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having swelling hard lump under my left hand armpit. 2 days ago the lump was in small size and painless now on 3rd day,  it has started severe pain when touched and swelling also it has grown it's size. I was having fever 100deg Fahrenheit and body pain when I tried to press lump. Please help and suggest me some medications ,it is very painful now, I can not move my hand properly.

Hello, I am feeling severe pain in my left hand armpit followed by restricted hand movement and fever alongwith headache and body pain. 2 days ago I had small lump in my left hand armpit, when I pressed it just to make sure it does not contain any pus. The situation got worse then...the lump has grown it's size and it has become very Painful now. I was having fever twice (100°F)  and body pain also headache for long time. Please suggest me some medications for relief, i have attached images herewith my query. Thanks for your help.

I am getting small dry bumpy patches on my lips in every 2-3 days, it's different from the dead skin flakes. I changed my lip balms lipsticks and everything of that I used on my lips thinking it to be any infection and also tried Desi ghee. I use good quality lip balms regularly, still I feel like it only feels hydrated when the lip balm is on, the lip balm doesn't at all works on the dry patches or on any improvement of the skin of the lips.

Hair has started turning white. What should I do ? Any medicines or oil to use. Shampoo. Don't have hair fall though

Hello Doctor. As i have been using some medication for my skin allergies.(ring guard on body). There is no effect on that. The allergy stops while am using the medication and a while after that. As I stop using medication, for a while after getting some results. It again starts growing(ring guards) on my body parts. How should be dealing with this??

I am suffering from ringworm severly..from past 4 months...it is increasing rapidly...cant go to consult any doc. Due to lock down .. Plz suggest some meducation to cure and ointments to cure its marks as well.

I am facing heavy hair fall over past few months. 2yrs bk I had the same issue and doc suggested hairbless tablets. Can I start taking this tablet again? Also is this tablet taken in combination with Canthex? Is it safe to take AtoZ tablet with this tablet?

Hi I have boils in my scalp and it aches alot severely. I used to play sports so was in the heat full time. Had boils in my back and now it's on my scalp and face. Sometimes it aches alot while sleeping. Would like to know the prob and remedy

I have itching sensation and and skin rash at the back of my neck. I had tried some home remedies and it seemed to have gone but last night while working I started feeling itching and it has came back again. Attached are pic of those. What can be done to take care of this?
