Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My husband has having lump armpit,he is facing the problem since 2 months,the problem is increasing now,what may be the causes to this lump...there is any serious issue with this lump?

Hello Doctor, for the past two days, I am having itching in almost all over the body. As I scratch wen I get itching, skin in that portion is getting swollen, especially during night, it's becoming more because of which I m not able to sleep properly.wat is the reason for it?
