  4. Face dry skin. And it starts to itch.

Can anyone give me a suggestion for a good face cream for dry skin. Whenever I wash my face even with plain water (we have hard water here), my skin feels very stretchy and I get dry flaky skin around my mouth area and parts of cheek and it starts to itch.

Wash face twice daily with Cetaphil cleansing lotion After washing apply Cetaphil Restoraderm lotion twice daily

You can try the regular, nivea or Vaseline lotions. Use moisturizing soaps like dove or baby soaps. Any further issues, consult online.
