Give me tips for instant (withing 2 week)fairness ..i am fair but due to excessive sun light exposure my fairness is reduced..give me tips and treatment pls

I am having rashes all ove my body. Its very itchy. I am attaching a photo. Please have a look and let me know what it is.

I have very rough and dry hairs. My scalp is also very dry. Since last month I have been facing hair loss a lot and two days back I observed bald patches(circular) on my head. This got me on toes. I am very worried if these are temporary or permanent. I consulted MBBS doctor as well. He advised me to avoid using any hair oil and keep my hairs and scalp dry. He also prescribed following:- Keraglo AD shampoo(daily) Keraglo eva tablet(once daily for month) Q Sera Lotion(daily at bedtime) I wanted to get consultation from a dermatologist because I am very worried about why this happened to me and how to cure it. I have attached a pic of bald patch for reference.

Please suggest anti dandruff shampoo for greasy dandruff. Greasy dandruff causing hairfall too. At present using head & shoulders anti dandruff shampoo its helping... dandruff decreased. Wet hair tends too fall more after shampooing. Why is it so. Is there more effective shampoo which gives better results.

As you can see on the photo I have shared I face the same problem before one year ago and it is arrived again I face this in the the summer season this is on my scrotum skin the shells are scaled off its really very irritating for me

Red spots and open pores on face and cheeks mainly . there are small pits not because of pimple . skin is sensitive.

I am 42 yrs male. Dont have any habit of smoking, tobacco or liquor. However leading a healthy life but since 20-25 days my lower lips are getting black day by day. And now they are getting totally black. The surface of lips skin is getting too much dry. Why this is happening? What shall I do?
