Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Yesterday, while I was bathing I saw rashes on my Inner Thighs near my private area. I thought it may be due to sweat and will go by itself but it didn't. I only feel very less itching and almost no burning sensation at that area. I am just worried that it will become worse. I don't know what medication to use or how to treat it. I need some advice please. Thank you.

What type of infection is this ? This is in my whole bum and legs ...? Firstly I have scabies and I am treating one of our best dermatologist and he suggested me the treatment of scabies for 2 weeks. Now 2 weeks are completed and itching is under control but now I have this type of wound and pus is coming through It ..why this type of wound is in my whole body?
