Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My wife told me that her face has 2 - 3 moles before marriage. She got married in 2019. After delivery that was in july 2020. She told me that her face has very much mole marks on her face and they are increasing day by day. What should we do? Is this effect of pregenancy.

I am feeling head spinning, dizziness and randomly headache and some times vision blur from the last two months. Done basic health check-up and even done ECG.
