This pimple is seen after shaving, no pain, but itchy sometimes. Looks red, and looks like a whitehead that is red. Will it go on its own?

Hello Doctor, My hairline has receded back recently. Is there any way I can try to regrow hairs in that area? It can have a positive impact on my mental health too. And my cheeks area have had acne/pimples for 2 years.
