No idia what is the reason of hair fall Last 6 month No daibetis no high blood pressure No jenetic problem

I am suffering from skin issues from last 2 years.so I need some good medications to release from such issues..some times it starts eaching.sometimes small small pimples took places and gets my skin dry.

I have open pores and lots of oil on face through out the day . My age is 32 and I am getting marry in the month of November... Currently I am applying tretinoin 0.025 % every alternative night . Bt I can't see visible result on my face .. plz suggest me some good cream or some treatment so I can get rid of open pores . And also suggest me whether I should use tretinoin on regular basis .
