I've got it removed thrice through laser treatment by a dermatologist but after 2-3 months it keeps coming back to other place of my face.. I can see it now on my other body part as well.. please tell a specific medicine injection to permanently remove it.

I have a rash on skin since 2 months. Got skin scrapping done no fungal elements found. It started after using a soap. Have used antihistamines no use. Have used cortisone cream which made it worse. Cetaphil doesnt suit my skin. Can anyone recommend a good face wash.
