Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have an acne prone skin, and pimples break out on my face every now and then, more prominently before the onset of menses, which leaves scars/spots behind that take 2-3 months to completely disappear. My Tzone area over face is oily. Please suggest an ointment/cream that I can use for my face which can prevent formation of spots or lead to early spot lightening and let me know how to use it as well.

I am 29 years old and my hair is failing since 2 years so how do I cure and what diet should I go for?

I had a Ringworm/Rash in my right inner thigh and I tried home remedies but can't get rid of it. It comes and goes within a weeks time and now I guess it might be spreading to the left inner thigh as well. What can I do to cure this

Previously, dead skin used to come out of my head and chest, but right now there have been marks in the form of rash from the neck down to the top of the abdomen, in which itching, burning sensation, the entire skin of the body has become dry.
