Small red microtears while heavy lifting
For many days i have been noticing new red micro tears on my arms skin after each day workout. The micro tears look red as if my skin was torn. They look red in colour probably it's blood. Note that it's not a red spot , it's a micro skin tear that looks red probably it's blood. Some of them are larger than the other. The size of each scar is nearly like a grain of rice. I have 4-5 scar spots like on both my arms I don't even feel sick.I don't even take any medicines. I only take multivitamins and 1 scoop of muscleblaze beginners whey protein on a daily basis. I consume atleast 80 grams protein on a daily basis and I weigh 77 kgs .But all of it is from natural food. I'm not sure wheather it's a skin condition or not. Is is dangerous? Should I stop lifting heavy weights? Should I stop taking multivitamins and whey protein? Is is some sort of allergy or skin condition?

Hello What you are seeing as micro tears can be because of two reasons 1) Increase in muscle mass leads to stretching of skin hence fresh stretch marks which looks like micro tears 2) because of intense workout and increase in muscle bulk can also lead to formation of new blood vessels and this micro tears could be reflection of those capillaries The above points are suggestive after observing history and details and photographs required for any treatment plan
