Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Offlate I have very dry facial skin. As soon as I wake up in morning I feel my facial skin is excessively dry. It even has white flakes sometime on cheeks n nose area. Also nowadaya havin lots of hair loss. Whenever I comb or wash my hair or oil them lots of hair loss hapoens

I had a hair transplant a month ago, I'm on minoxidil and finax from past few months. The effects of these medicines on me is terribly going wrong. So can prp alone or along with multi vitamins, preserve my existing hair (if this can keep up for another 5 years also its more than enough). I no more want to be on these medicines. Is there any way out escaping these medicines?

I got a 25 years  old but still I didn't have beard and am looking like a 17 years boy...genetically, my father's side has got no beard... There is any chance for growing beard...? What about of minoxidil...?

2-3 months back I had developed a pimple on my sit bone area. It was hurting so I applied AcneStar gel on it for some days. Later I came to know it has not healed and become black. It hurts like a needle when touched and feels like a skin lump that hurt while sitting on it. I have also applied belladonna bandage but nothin seems to work. Pls help. It hurt while sitting.
